At It's a Haircare, we want you to love your locks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging and securely seal the box; please include your original packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
